Cam Marston


Cam Marston is the founder of Marston Communications and educates employers on managing, motivating and retaining Generation X and, now, Generation Y employees. He sees the new, emerging workforce as one that will lead significant change in the workplace. The job market in most industrialized nations is begging for workers and Generation X can make demands of the workplace that have never been made before.

Marston attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he graduated with a degree in Communications. He chairs the Chapter Cities Committee for the Tulane Alumni Association. He is a regular commentator on the Charlotte NPR station, WFAE, and is involved with a number of civic groups in Charlotte. He gives speeches throughout the U.S., and Canada, and has traveled to Argentina and Australia to educate audiences on Generation X.
