Curt Coffman is Global Practice Lead for workplace consulting with The Gallup Organization. He is the co-author of the best selling book titled First, Break All the Rules - What Great Work Places and Great Managers do Differently, published in May of 1999 by Simon and Schuster. This book has been number two on the USA Today Business Best Sellers list, and number three on the Wall Street Journal best sellers list.
