Doug Hall

Doug Hall is the Founder and CEO of the Eureka! Ranch, a Cincinnati, Ohio based inventing, training and research firm that advises some of the world's top corporations.

Doug began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 12 producing and marketing magic and juggling kits. After earning a degree in Chemical Engineering, he spent 10 years working in P&G where he shipped a record 9 new business initiatives in 12 months. In 1990, he founded what is today known as America's #1 Idea Company (Inc. Magazine), the Eureka!Ranch.

Doug also has a personal focus on helping small business owners. He's taking the wisdom gathered from researching top corporations' innovation efforts and translating it into practical programs to help non-profits and entrepreneurs invent ideas that measurably improve their odds of business success. One such program is his new weekly radio show, Brain Brew Radio.
