The Economist credits her with changing the Labor Department from one that deals with relations between labor and management to one that looks at the operation of the labor market as a whole. Secretary Martin currently chairs Deloitte & Touche's Council on the Advancement of Women.nnTopics: Potomac Fever: Finding the Vaccination, Succeeding in a Global Economy, Managing a New American Workforce and The Role of Women in Tomorrow's World.
