Mike Henning

Mike makes approximately 50 presentations each year on topics such as succession in the privately-held business, improving communications, relationships and effectiveness compensation, titles and estate fairness, and developing next generation leaders and managers.

Prior to starting the Henning Family Business Center in 1985, Mike was a high school teacher/coach and administrator. He also has over 30 years experience as a successful business owner.

Mike is recognized both as America’s Family Business Coach, and as the most frequently used speaker in the U. S. on privately held business succession issues.
