BOOKING INFORMATION

Executive Speakers Bureau provides access to a vast array of renowed speakers. Not only do we carefully research the perfect speaker for each event, we take care of all the contracts, legalities and paperwork required to ensure a successful, hassle-free event.

BOOKING YOUR SPEAKER

Executive Speakers Bureau is the marketing liaison between the speaker and the client. Our research and consultation compensation is provided on a commission basis by the speaker and only in the event of an actual booking. It is our responsibility to provide our clients with appropriate speakers within a specified budget. One of our experienced consultants would be happy to make suggestions for the best speaker for your event.

FEES

Generally a speaker's fee is quoted for a keynote presentation, unless otherwise indicated. A typical keynote address ranges in time from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on both the specific speaker as well as the needs of the client. Half day, full day, breakout sessions and training options may also be quoted.

When booking a speaker, we handle all contracts. A non-refundable 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the speaking fee is due one week prior to the scheduled event.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Customary travel expenses, accomodations, meals and incidentals that are incurred by the speaker are not considered part of the speaking fee and are the responsibility of the client.

INTERNATIONAL FEES

Fees for international appearances are generally higher than for domestic appearances due to surcharges, tax rates and travel time expenditures. Quotes for international travel will be given during consultation and will be agreed upon contractually prior to the international event.
