Kim Blue’s Next Step as a Positive Disruptor

After years of leading the Human Resources industry, Kim Blue takes on her next big project as the Chief People Officer for OpenExchange Inc. In this role, Kim will be leading a full team of Human Resource experts to address the needs of a diverse, global team that is in the midst of hyper-growth. 

Kim sees her role within the executive team as a Positive Disruptor. OpenExchange is a Financial Technology company dedicated to providing secure video conferencing within the finance industry. As most industries convert to virtual, online presences, OpenExchange is helping to disrupt the in-person nature of finance and provide a globally accessible avenue for the industry. 

Kim brings her keen insights and strategic perspective to the table from years of human resource experience creating and executing organizational blueprints for top-flight organizations including ESPN and Microsoft. She also gained intimate knowledge of video conferencing when she joined Zoom as the Global Head of People Experience Partners in October of 2020, where she led the company’s worldwide team of HR business partners. 

Her focus at OpenExchange will be driving results through enabling business strategy and shaping the employee experience. Over her career, she has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser who is able to motivate leaders to embrace growth and change to improve themselves and their organizations.
