We are thrilled to announce that our Exclusive Speaker Sam Silverstein has received the coveted 2021 Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE), inducting him into the National Speakers Association’s CPAE Hall of Fame. Sam is being recognized for his excellence as a communicator and entertainer, as well as an innovative thought leader. 

As the Founder of the Accountability Movement, his cutting-edge ideas about accountability in the workplace, along with his 11 books focused on organizational culture, have already garnered him the accolade of one of Global Guru’s World’s Top Organizational Culture Professionals. And now his keynote speaking is being recognized as the top echelon of platform excellence by his peers and the National Speakers Association. 

Sam is known for his belief that accountability is the highest form of leadership. By challenging leaders to shift priorities, cultivate an organizational culture based on accountability, and inspire both individuals and teams to take ownership in fresh and results-producing ways he helps companies dramatically increase engagement, communication, and productivity, leading to higher profitability and growth.

As a former executive and owner, Sam’s manufacturing and distribution companies sold over $100 million in products and services, allowing him to successfully sell one of his businesses to a Fortune 500 company. Today, Sam writes, speaks, and consults with organizations around the globe to think differently, work with renewed purpose, and achieve record-breaking results.

Admission into the Council of Peers Award for Excellence Hall of Fame is a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism. Inductees are evaluated by their peers through a rigorous and demanding process. Each candidate must excel in the following five categories: message, presentation and delivery, experience, professionalism, and collateral material. 

From his keynote speeches about the highest form of leadership, building high performance work culture, and keeping your word...no matter what, to his Accountability Roundtables where he breaks down barriers and helps companies find a culture of accountability, Sam falls among some of the greatest keynote speakers. He joins the high ranks of other Hall of Fame inductees including Ken Blanchard, Norman Vincent Peale, Earl Nightingale, Ronald Reagan, Zig Ziglar, Art Linkletter, and Bob Burg. 

Since 1977, the Council of Peers Award of Excellence has been honoring professional keynote speakers who excel in their field independently from celebrity status or amount of income. The speakers making up this Hall of Fame range widely in areas of expertise, but they all have one thing in common — they communicate their unique ideas in an entertaining and engaging way.

This year’s ceremony will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 12 to honor the 2021 awardees and celebrate their life-long place in the prestigious Hall of Fame.
