Every detail of the meeting is coming together just fine and then you hit the tough spot . . . planning a menu to accommodate all the food allergies in your group. Not only do you have to work with gluten and dairy allergies, but someone has included corn on the list! “What in the world is this coming to” you think to yourself, and “why so many food constraints?”
Adding food allergies into the fold can prove to be a stressful situation. It’s time to break down the barriers that food allergies present, understand why it’s so important to honor the needs of your attendees, and work with the executive chef to create ease in the menu planning process. This hands-on learning experience is the perfect complement to an educational keynote or training program. It teaches attendees how to advocate for themselves, understand how food can serve them in health, and empower them to make healthy choices beyond the event. Your attendees will share laughs with the interactive games, solve food mysteries along the way and learn how wonderful healthy food can taste. One should never sacrifice flavor for nourishment!
The experiential meal will be customized to meet the needs of your budget; Angela will work with chef to achieve this goal. Your dinner can be set as a beautiful buffet or designed as a four-course plated meal with full table service. We’ll work together to decide what will serve you best!
During the hands-on dinner activity, Angela will emcee to keep the energy of the room light-hearted, fun and engaging. The evening will include audience participation and interaction and offer ample time for the guests to enjoy their meal and conversation with each other.
