He also founded the SPECTRE group, which has played a key role in facilitating Federated's acquisition of Macy's, creating leadership alignment during Albertson's merger with American Stores, designing and delivering a leadership development and customer service program for 9,000 executives and employees at Price Chopper-Kansas City, setting the vision for Owens-Corning MIS, and working with the management of Polaroid Corporation to establish a new business unit and provide the necessary coaching to take them from zero sales to $20 million within eight months.
