What’s Your I.D.?

Most people do not know what their I.D. is… No, not their identification, but their Intentional Difference. Eighty-five percent of what we are capable of doing, most other people can do just as well. Ten percent of what we are capable of doing, some others can be trained to do. But five percent… five percent of what we are capable of doing, only we can do the way we do it. This is our Intentional Difference. If we spent 95 percent of our time in our five percent, we would change the world while increasing our own level of success. Your Intentional Difference is the key and this book will show you how to identify what it is, how to own it, and then how to apply it to your daily activities so that it becomes a habit, so that you can live more frequently, and more consciously, in your five percent zone.

Intentional Difference: Stories of Changed Lives.

Real case studies of clients such as FAA, Chickasaw Nation, British Telephone, Ritz Carlton, Southwest Airlines and others, that teach how executives, managers, employees and regular everyday people have increased their productivity and success at work and in life.

The Intentional Organization: Unleashing the Power of a Multi-generational, Multi-talented Workforce

A systematic and dynamic step by step approach to creating a workplace that engages and optimizes the variety of generations within the 21st workplace, resulting in greater productivity and collaboration.

Emotional Difference: Performance Research Proven to Change Individual and Organizational Outcomes

An interactive, dynamic presentation of statistical evidence and documented performance metrics from Healthcare, Education, Business and Government Agencies.

Your 5% Zone: Unleashing Your Hidden Power

Five percent can be a big number, or a small fraction, depending upon the context. For the people who read this book, 5% is a life-changing number. You have a distinctive five percent capacity that can change your life, your work, your relationships and – just maybe – the world. The problem is most people do not know how to begin to think, talk about or unleash their five percent. Your 5% Zone, teaches you how to identify and articulate your five percent. By knowing your one word (your idWord is received through the idDiscover Online Survey prior to the session) you will begin to apply the incredible power of your 5% in your work and relationships.

“Ken Tucker did a fantastic job at the Yahoo! National Sales Meeting. Most people would tell you he was the star performer of the 3 day event. His message was inspiring, yet practical and his delivery was hugely entertaining. Ken’s star performance was the direct result of hard work.

We had two prep meetings months in advance of the event and a 2 hour session the night before he went on stage. His hard work enable him to create relevance by connecting to the major conference themes and even calling out names of people in the audience. Ken had captured the audience’s emotions within the first 15 minutes, so they were very open to hearing the important intellectual points later on. Anyone who wants to talk directly about our experience with Ken, please put us in touch.”

Yahoo, Inc.

“It has been a privilege and a pleasure to work with Ken Tucker these last 4 years. His advice and counsel has been invaluable as we have worked to resurrect a culture of entreprenuarlism and community spirit here at Summerville Medical Center. What Ken does so well is become involved with his client organizations, partnering with the organization’s leaders on both an individual and team level.

Our stellar results over the past two years are directly attributable to his commitment and genuine interest in our leaders, from myself as CEO to other leaders at all levels throughout the organization. His passion and enthusiasm are what differentiates him from others we have tried to partner with in the past. It is this contagious enthusiasm that will push you to greater results as well.”

Pearce Fleming CEO

“Our organization has had a relationship with Ken for many years. The use of the word relationship is intentional because Ken has not just been a consultant to us, he has established a relationship with us. This allows him to challenge us in areas where others fear to go. In particular at a training session a year ago, he challenged our group, and the result was the catalyst for a year of positive change and growth.

The department directors took initiative and completely reconfigured our director’s meeting to be, in Ken’s words, more compelling. Our leadership team developed 6 teams to enable us to create a more healthy work environment for our employees. Ken was very instrumental in calling us to change and encouraging us as we navigated through the change, together.”
