Fees are determined by level of experience, market sustainability and competitive honorariums. If you have questions about your pricing, please request to speak to an Executive Speakers representative. The bureau is paid a small percentage from the speaker's honorarium fee.

We roster experienced, talented speakers who speak on relevant topics that are in demand among our client base. We roster all price ranged speakers in a wide range of topics. Please see our topical guidelines for an idea of what topics are most requested.

The speakers bureau has its pulse on the speaking and meeting planning industry at all times. A good bureau knows what clients are looking for in a speaker and has a very extensive client base to which to introduce you. The bureau handles all matters of contractual agreements, scheduling conference calls, managing logistics and billing procedures that frees you from the logistics of the engagement, allowing you to focus on the message of your presentation.

There is no fee involved in becoming a rostered speaker.

It is an absolute requirement, so that we can determine if the speaker is a good fit for our organization. In addition, nearly all of our clients require videos before they will consider a speaker.

Three to four minutes is about all that is necessary to determine the quality of the presenter.

It is not important to be published but it is a plus when it comes to pricing, marketability and credibility in the speaking profession.

There is not an exact answer as our bureau bases our speaker recommendations on our clients' objectives and budgetary parameters. The speakers that we book most frequently have a current, relevant presentation that resonates with the trends in the marketplace.
