Founded by Angela Schelp in July 1993 and headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, Executive Speakers Bureau has grown steadily over the past three decades. In 2001, Richard Schelp joined as co-owner, helping to expand the bureau’s reach beyond U.S. borders. Today, ESB works with clients worldwide, providing keynote speakers for corporate events, conferences, and association meetings across industries.
When the global pandemic disrupted the speaking industry in 2020, Executive Speakers Bureau quickly adapted—reorganizing its business model to thrive in the post-pandemic environment. This agility fueled rapid growth, earning ESB a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies five times in the last seven years. Now, ESB is proudly ranked among the five largest speakers bureaus in the United States.
Executive Speakers Bureau offers access to thousands of professional keynote speakers, motivational speakers, business experts, industry thought leaders, and trainers. From globally renowned speakers to local talent, ESB is dedicated to matching each client with the ideal speaker to meet their unique event goals.
Exceptional customer service remains the foundation of ESB’s success. The bureau is committed to providing an unparalleled, client-focused experience, ensuring every event is impactful, inspiring, and flawlessly executed. This dedication to service and results is what sets Executive Speakers Bureau apart as a trusted partner for organizations around the world.
