Jacqueline Nesi Speaker Biography

Dr. Jacqueline Nesi is an Assistant Professor at Brown University, where she is studying how technology use affects kids and how parents can help. She also writes the popular weekly newsletter Techno Sapiens, and co-created Tech Without Stress, a course to help parents raising kids in the digital age.

Jacqueline has published over 50 peer-reviewed publications related to youth and technology use, and her work has been funded by organizations like the NIMH, NICHD, and NSF. She has been featured in major news outlets, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post, and has appeared on CNBC, CNN, and NPR. Jacqueline has also testified before U.S. congressional subcommittees at both the national and state level on issues surrounding tech and mental health and speaks regularly speak at conferences, trainings, schools, and organizations.
