Assessment of Needs
We work with you to assess your particular needs, understand your organization, determine budgetary guidelines, and listen to what you really want your attendees to get out of a session. We’ll ask questions to first understand your goals and desires for your upcoming event.
Scheduling & Management
Unlike other speaker’s bureaus, we’re able to handle scheduling, contract creation, billing, and complete management of logistical details. After your event, we love following up to ensure your event was a success.
Value-Added Services
We provide you with “speaker insurance.” In the unlikely event your speaker cancels his or her appearance for any reason we are committed to finding a replacement speaker who will meet or exceed your expectations.
Research & Recommendations
After having a clearer picture of your organization and event we use database research, experience, and expertise in the speaking industry to make recommendations. We will match you with some of the top speakers tailored to your event. Founded by Angela Schelp in July 1993 and headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, Executive Speakers Bureau has grown steadily over the past three decades. In 2001, Richard Schelp joined as co-owner, helping to expand the bureau’s reach beyond U.S. borders. Today, ESB works with clients worldwide, providing keynote speakers for corporate events, conferences, and association meetings across industries.
When the global pandemic disrupted the speaking industry in 2020, Executive Speakers Bureau quickly adapted—reorganizing its business model to thrive in the post-pandemic environment. This agility fueled rapid growth, earning ESB a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies five times in the last seven years.
