Transforming Patient Experience: The Moments That Matter
Troy experienced that which no father or husband should have to live through after a truck ran a stop sign crashing into the family minivan hospitalizing his three-year-old son Chase, taking the lives of his five-year-old son Carson and five-month-old daughter Claire, and leaving their mother Heather in a coma with a traumatic brain injury.

Come along as Troy takes the audience on an amazing journey of perseverance from tragedy and adversity to hope and healing. Mixing humor and reflection, in a conversational style, Troy makes a deeply personal and unimaginable tragedy relatable delivering both tears and laughter, while recounting the story of the fantastic care and compassion shown to his family during the time when he had four family members on four different floors in two different hospitals. Most importantly Troy reflects on the moments that truly mattered.
