What will the world look like in 10 years and how will technology change the future of your business? Kian’s keynote highlights the major technology trends that are changing every major industry, including the convergence of AI, robotics, sensors, human computer interfaces, 3D printing, and digital medicine, and will inspire your team to prepare for an exponential future.

THE FUTURE OF WORK

New technologies and innovation such as AI, robotics, automation virtual reality and augmented worlds are changing every major industry all across the world, and will impact how we do work in the future. This keynote will explore the implications on work, organizations, and learning development, and will offer advice on how to future-proof your career.

THE GLOBAL IMPLICATIONS OF TECHNOLOGY CHANGE

We live in a new normal where market and political turbulence will define the next decade. Kian’s keynote explores the intersection of public policy and new technologies, and advises corporate and public policy leaders on how to adapt and adopt new technologies to act faster in a rapidly evolving digital world to avoid a “Great Rebellion.”

THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY

By 2030, 60 percent of the world’s population will live in metropolitan areas. With this growth, we’ll see increased traffic density, energy consumption, and pollution. Kian’s keynote explores trends in urbanization, infrastructure and development, and offers solutions using shared, connected and virtual mobility.

CROWDSOURCING & THE SHARING ECONOMY

One of the most significant implications of connectivity is the rise of the “crowd economy.” Work, insights, experience, and money can all be aggregated and matched in an environment of increasingly distributed global work. Kian’s keynote explores crowdsourcing and the sharing economy, and suggest ways that corporations can scale faster, cheaper and more creatively by harnessing the power of the crowds.
