Mary Sand, PhD, is an accomplished leader with over 40 years of experience spanning healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. She began her career as a physical therapist and progressed into a variety of administrative and leadership roles, guiding teams across hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, integrated healthcare systems, and universities. Throughout her career, Mary has been recognized for her ability to foster collaboration and drive organizational success.
In 2021, she founded her own consulting firm, specializing in facilitation, strategic planning/implementation, leadership development, and public speaking. Mary is passionate about empowering organizations and individuals to achieve their goals, and she continues to share her expertise at conferences and events.
