A trailblazing and genuine change agent, Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is a Hall of Fame–inducted marketing executive, author, and entrepreneur who is worthy of the Harvard Business School case study written about her career, Leading with Authenticity and Urgency. Few people have the depth and breadth of experience that Boz has. Her remarkable success at Netflix, Pepsi, Apple, Uber, and the Endeavor brands (WME | IMG, Miss Universe, Ultimate Fighting Championship, Professional Bull Riders, and more), as well as her own haircare brand Eve by Boz, proves her to be one of the most effective marketers of any generation. On February 21, 2023, Viking Books published her memoir, The Urgent Life.

With almost 20 years of experience spanning digital music and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, fashion, sports, and media, Bozoma is a leader heralded for her bold thinking and cutting-edge ideas. She has recently brought her fearless creativity to new platforms as a full-time cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and a mentor on NBC’s On Brand with Jimmy Fallon, where she guides the next generation of marketing innovators.
