Caspar Craven is a transformational leadership speaker, entrepreneur, and adventurer whose work centers on the mindset required to navigate uncertainty, lead change, and achieve Big Bold Goals.
Having spent his entire life focused on transformation, Caspar brings a rare combination of business experience, lived adventure, and practical insight to the stage. His career has taken him from KPMG Corporate Finance during the late 1990s and early 2000s tech boom, to serving as CFO of a fast-growth technology company, to co-founding, scaling, and successfully exiting his own tech business. Today, he also works with early-stage ventures in the climate change and mental health sectors, supporting missions that truly matter.
Caspar’s perspective on change is also shaped by extraordinary personal experience. He has sailed around the world twice: first as part of the World’s Toughest Yacht Race, where he served as the youngest crew member and later as Watch Captain, and then with his wife and three children under the age of ten. These high-pressure, high-stakes environments taught him what it really takes to lead, adapt, and perform when there is no room to hide.
