When I seek out speakers for Subiendo: The Academy for Rising Leaders, a leadership program for rising high school seniors, I want an individual who can inspire our students while sharing real world advice. What a powerful speaker. I had Daron come kick off our Corporate team end of year meeting. We worked with me to determine what success would look like and he delivered. He was able to connect his personal journey to our company journey and inspired my entire corporate staff. I could not have asked for a better person to start off our 3 day conference. After his keynote the entire team gave him a standing ovation and still to this day they talk about his story and the core values he described. I highly recommend Daron for any event you have. Daron delivered an equality, diversity and inclusion talk to AbbVie’s External Affairs and Legal group and inspired us all. His passion and energy were contagious but more than that, he gave us practical tips on how we can use our “sphere of influence” to generate “micro wins” and positive change. He taught us that vulnerability is a strength. And that if we are willing to listen and learn we can be the change we want to see. Can’t recommend Daron enough!
