Dustin Giannelli is a keynote speaker, disability advocate, and founder of HearsDustin LLC, a company dedicated to improving communication, accessibility, and workplace culture. Dustin has worn hearing aids since the age of five and leverages his lived experience as a profoundly deaf individual to deliver powerful messages about resilience, inclusive leadership, and the importance of accessibility and communication.

Through his signature “Be On Offense” framework, Dustin guides teams to adopt a proactive mindset in how they show up – for themselves, their colleagues, and their communities. His keynotes provide strategies for building environments where employees feel seen, heard, and valued – especially those with “invisible” disabilities like his own.
