With 30 years of experience at the intersection of public safety and clinical protection, Eric Sean Clay is a leading voice in healthcare security.

Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer for FMOL Health, Eric oversees comprehensive security operations for a massive network of more than 25,000 caregivers, 11 hospitals, and 300 care sites.

Eric’s influence extends far beyond the C-suite. As a past President of the IAHSS and primary architect of security programs for healthcare security programs at some of the country’s leading systems, he is frequently sought out by national media outlets and international forums to address the complexities of workplace violence.
