Kian Gohar is a bestselling author, AI researcher, and futurist. He coaches leadership teams to solve complex problems.
He is founder and CEO of Geolab, a research lab focused on the future of work, with training programs focused on AI and innovation, leadership development, and teamwork transformation.
Kian is a former executive director of the XPRIZE Foundation and Singularity University. He has coached the leadership teams of dozens of Fortune 500 companies, startup unicorns, venture capital firms, and government agencies, and fundraised nearly $50m for nonprofits that have changed the world.
His latest research on Human-AI collaboration has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, NPR, and the Wall Street Journal, and on a Stanford podcast selected as “Best Podcast Episode of the Year” by the podcast industry awards.
