Lathizile Dubé is an expert on all things transition, working with companies to navigate massive changes in the way that we both work and live. An HR professional, Lathi helps business leaders to understand the power of HR in facilitating cohesion and increasing both employee and team performance. Now booked as a diversity and inclusion speaker, Lathi advises businesses on everything from hybrid working transitions, stress, and burnout to leadership, performance, corporate culture challenges, and crisis management.

In 2017, Lathi founded The Identity Dichotomy, a company dedicated to helping people realize their true identity and to helping organizations to navigate complex and delicate situations surrounding identity. In the aftermath of Covid-19, organizations are dealing with multiple layers of complexity, all of which are based around the people of their organization, so Lathi helps organizations to focus on their HR and people policies to increase organizational performance. Lathi has also enjoyed time as a private tutor, coach, and mentor, having previously helped the children of four royal families across the globe with psychology, behavioral and neurolinguistic techniques.

Other roles of Lathi’s have included being Head of Science for Lionheart Education, a Specialist Mathematics Teacher for Mulberry House Independent School, a Student Ambassador and Widening Participation Mentor for the City University of London, a Support Associate for the Financial and Professional Services Institutions and a Senior Associate and Trainer in Insurance for Citi. She has also claimed qualifications as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner of NLP and acted as a Child Ambassador for Zimbabwe for the United Nations.
