Formerly the president of the global think tank Center for Talent Innovation and founding partner at Hewlett Chivée Partners LLC, she has a unique, data-driven perspective on women’s issues, the future of leadership, diversity-driven innovation and the changing global workplace. Her focus on building differentiated, high-impact strategies for driving business innovation by leveraging top, diverse talent has garnered her a devoted following among a long list of senior executives and has made her a sought-after speaker at a wide array of business, economic and political forums around the world.
