Madrina Ciano is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, and has proudly called Pensacola, Florida, home since 1990. A licensed Medical Esthetician by trade, she has built an impressive entrepreneurial legacy in the region, including a Day Spa that earned the prestigious “Best of the Coast” award, a retail clothing boutique, and an anti-aging skincare center alongside a prominent Pensacola dermatologist.

Driven by a deep passion to serve others, Madrina carries the spirit of ALOHA into every corner of her community. Her nonprofit service spans decades, with board roles at organizations including IMPACT 100, Covenant Care, Pensacola Little Theatre, Pensacola MESS Hall, Mr. Robbins’ Neighborhood, The Arc Gateway, and Defenders of Freedom Florida, a veteran-centric organization where she currently serves as a board member.

For more than eight years, Madrina has hosted “Rolling with Madrina,” a weekly show on BLAB Television that shines a spotlight on local nonprofits—amplifying their missions, events, and community needs.

Madrina and her husband Mark are the founders of the multi-award-winning civic organization, Krewe of SWAT, voted Pensacola’s Favorite Krewe for both 2023 and 2024. Through high-impact signature events and year-round collaborations, the Krewe has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities and Brentwood Elementary School. Their collective impact has earned numerous honors, including “Philanthropic Organization of the Year” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the “Community Vibrancy Award” by the Studer Community Institute.

Madrina’s commanding presence throughout the community and across social media has positioned her as a sought-after Brand Ambassador and Influencer for local corporations including The Eye Guy & Coffee Guy Café, Dillard’s Cordova Mall, Kevin Welch~MD Skincare Center, and Greeks Catering & Events.
