“Love + Work”: How to find what you love, love what you do, and do it for the rest of your life.

World renowned researcher on leadership and New York Times bestselling author MARCUS BUCKINGHAM demystifies the classic work advice “do what you love” and helps us discover where we’re at our best – both at work and in life – in his new book and keyntoe, Love + Work. Buckingham is dedicated to discovering the crucial intersection between what we love to do and how we contribute it to others, and how we can break free from the pressure to conform that keeps us from living full and meaningful lives. Love + Work is already being heralded by Forbes as one of the ten must-reads for career and leadership in 2022, “to not only help people determine what they love to do, but help them choose roles where they’ll succeed, reshape existing jobs and do work that stands out from the crowd.”

Sponsors rave: “Marcus Buckingham was GREAT! I got a lot of positive feedback from all our company’s participants!” (Masterfoods) “Marcus is the most engaging and useful business speaker working today. What impressed us all was how well Marcus had done his homework. This was no generic speech – it related to our business and our people, in a motivating, challenging and useful way” (Walgreens)

Marcus has been profiled in nearly every important publication such as The New York Times, Fortune, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal. TMBC’s strengths program provided my organization with a new and unique platform to approach development planning. The result was a more engaged organization. An unexpected benefit for our team, aside from the personal learning and development, was the team-building that occurred as a result of the program.

Coca-Cola Company

Bringing TMBC’s strengths workshop to our company totally changed the way we look at our People Development and Talent Review processes. Attending the workshop has not only help me implement a strengths-based culture within the company; it has also completely changed the way I operate personally and the way I lead and coach my own team.
