MOJO: How to Get It, How to Keep It, and How to Get It Back If You Lose It. “Mojo” is the feeling we get when we’re moving forward, making progress, achieving goals, clearing hurdles, passing the competition—and doing so with increasing ease. Based on his newest book, Marshall Goldsmith discusses the new world of work and shows why mojo is more important than ever before. Goldsmith will reveal how our mojo is impacted by identity, achievement, reputation, and acceptance. By the end of the session, participants will be able to define mojo, measure it, and keep mojo by letting go of the little stuff, avoiding pointless arguments at work, and steering clear of mojo-killers.  Free applications will be available to help participants experience more happiness and meaning at work and at home.

What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. How do successful leaders become even more successful? By following practical strategies from Marshall Goldsmith, one of the world’s leading executive coaches. This session will help you understand the unique challenges faced by successful people, and learn proven, research based tools for developing yourself and coaching others. Goldsmith will explain how to implement “feed-forward”, a positive, focused tool for improvement, and understand the latest innovations in peer coaching. As long as you have the commitment, Goldsmith has the guide for mastering change and finding more happiness and meaning—at work and home, and with the important people in your life.

Executive Coaching. Goldsmith is one of the world’s most accomplished and in-demand executive coaches. He is very selective in choosing clients and will personally work with a maximum of eight clients at any one time. His coaching process is unique; he defines success and “better” not by his or his individual clients’ qualifications, but by measurable positive change in pre-selected leadership behaviors as determined by pre-selected key stakeholders. Goldsmith’s clients range from CEOs to C-level executives whose work is critically important to an organization.

“As the opening keynote speaker for the Australian Human Resources Institute annual National Convention, Marshall Goldsmith wowed over 1000 delegates with his thought-provoking and engaging presentation … high-energy … extremely captivating and inspiring speaker and presenter … fantastic charisma … extremely relevant … practical tools that I will use … humour, pathos and insight … made me feel the importance of life and that to get the most out of people, you have to give them what they need. What an inspirational man! … The value that Marshall added to our convention extended beyond his presentation. … He positioned himself as an ambassador of our organisation promoting AHRI at every opportunity. He really was one of the team, and my staff still rave about him! …We cannot thank him enough and we look forward to working with Marshall again in the near future.”

“I want to thank you for helping with our Principals Day event. Marshall Goldsmith was excellent. Not only is Marshall the consummate professional, being on time, ending on time, etc. but he really got our team on engaged. That’s a challenge for a group of 150+ leaders at 7:30 AM. I heard great comments throughout the morning, including our CEO who gave me a “fist-bump” for this.”
