Raele Altano (pronounced "Ra-yell") is a twice certified Communication Coach and the founder of Well With Raele Coaching, where she helps soft-spoken women speak up with courage, clarity, and confidence, so they can build a life that actually feels like theirs.
As a graduate of the Coach Training Alliance and 3V Communications, Raele empowers clients to find their voice and communicate effectively, whether they're navigating tough conversations, advocating for themselves at work or at home, or simply feeling more at ease speaking up and owning their wins. Her approach blends practical communication strategy with transformational mindset work to make confident communication feel authentic and empowering. Clients often describe her coaching as freeing and elevating, helping them step into a calm, magnetic presence that naturally turns heads.
