Raele Altano Speaker Biography

Raele Altano (pronounced “Ra-yell”) is a twice-certified communication coach, content creator, and founder of Well With Raele Coaching. She helps women boost their speaking skills and social confidence—particularly those who have never quite fit in or often feel like they’re on the outside looking in.

As a first-generation American from a blended family, Raele understands what it’s like to navigate spaces where you feel different, and the unspoken challenges women face when trying to find their voice, advocate for themselves, and be taken seriously. Her work focuses on the real-life moments that matter most: from boundary-crossing questions and culturally loaded conversations to everyday interactions like making small talk or gracefully exiting a conversation.

Raele's 4-part approach addresses mindset, what to say, how to say it, and how to handle what comes next, equipping clients with practical tools they can use in the moment to feel grounded and capable in any interaction. She holds coaching certifications from the Coach Training Alliance (ICF-accredited) and 3V Communications and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, New York City chapter. She works with individuals through 1:1 coaching, leads group intensives on social confidence and boundary-setting, and facilitates workshops for corporate teams and nonprofits focused on navigating interpersonal dynamics in the workplace. Clients often describe Raele as their advocate and trusted guide—someone who sees their situation clearly, tells the truth with care, and helps them move forward with confidence.

Raele has built a community of over 700,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, where she shares relatable scenarios, practical scripts, and communication strategies for women who want to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease being themselves. Her work has been featured in TIME, Newsweek, Apartment Therapy, Daily Mail, and more. She is an alumna of Pace University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and two young sons, where there’s never a dull (or quiet) moment.

Raele brings passion, humor, and practicality to every stage, no matter the setting or industry!
Her goal is simple: inspire attendees, help them feel seen, and give them communication strategies they can use the moment they walk out the door. Known for her relatable coaching style, Raele creates a safe, engaging space that builds trust and sparks real change. In workshops, she invites live coaching and interactive exercises so participants don’t just hear about transformation, they experience it firsthand.

Topic Ideas
"Spark & Sustain: Initiating Conversations with Confidence and Keeping Them Going"
Starting a conversation is one thing, but keeping it flowing naturally is another. In this session, we'll break down the mechanics of strong conversation skills, from making a memorable first impression to sustaining engaging dialogue without awkward silences or forced small talk. You'll learn practical frameworks for active listening, storytelling that connects, and navigating topics with ease, so you can walk into any room with the confidence that you know exactly what to say, and how to keep the conversation going.

"Navigating the Grey Area: How to Handle Passive-Aggression, Ambiguous Comments, and Social Landmines"
Not every difficult interaction is a clear boundary violation. Sometimes it's a backhanded compliment, a loaded question, or a comment that leaves you thinking, "Wait, what just happened?" In this session, we'll break down how to identify passive-aggression, respond without escalating, and navigate unclear social dynamics with confidence and composure.

"The Art of the Exit: How to Navigate Conversations, Meetings, and Situations You Want to Leave"
Whether it's ending a meeting that's gone off the rails, gracefully leaving a conversation at a networking event, or shutting down a discussion that's become unproductive, knowing how to exit with tact is a career skill. We'll practice scripts and strategies for disengaging without awkwardness, offense, or burning bridges.

"Reframe & Shine: Turn Negative Comments Into Positive Momentum"
When someone makes a dig, a passive-aggressive remark, or a comment designed to throw you off, the instinct is to defend or shut down. But what if you could reframe the narrative in real time and shift the tone of the entire interaction? In this session, we'll practice the "Reframe & Shine" technique to disarm negativity, keep your energy elevated, and steer conversations in a more productive direction.

"From Tense to Transparent: De-Escalating Difficult Conversations"
High-emotion conversations don't have to spiral into conflict. In this session, we'll explore practical frameworks for responding to tense moments without sounding defensive, dismissive, or detached, so you can stay grounded, professional, and solution-focused even when emotions run high.
