Mohamed Massaquoi is a premier keynote speaker and leadership transformation expert trusted by organizations navigating transformation. A former NFL player turned organizational psychologist, he draws from the intersection of elite performance, personal reinvention, and business transformation. Massaquoi has worked with Fortune 500s, legacy businesses, and fast-growth companies alike. What sets him apart is the ability to quickly understand complex environments and design experiences that build trust, align strategy, and move leaders to action. Massaquoi helps organizations move from intention to execution — especially when the stakes are high.

Mohamed Massaquoi is an organizational psychologist, former NFL wide receiver, and founder of VESSOL — a leadership development firm specializing in guiding organizations through transformative change. After a distinguished football career, Massaquoi transitioned into finance at Morgan Stanley before earning a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and completing Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. In 2017, a life-altering ATV accident resulted in the amputation of part of his left hand, deepening his insights into resilience and adaptability. Today, Massaquoi leverages his compelling experiences to help organizations navigate transition, build resilience, and build high-performance teams.

During his time at the University of Georgia, he was the 2008 overall team captain, a first-team All-Southeastern Conference player, and an Academic All-SEC member. He was also honored as a member of the 2018 UGA 40 Under 40 class and served on the University of Georgia Alumni Board from 2017 to 2020.
