To get started, here are some must-have items you need to get set up the right way for your next video conference:

Computer/Camera - A high-quality laptop or webcam should always be placed at eye-level. 

Natural Light/Light Ring - A light ring or natural light (windows behind the camera, not you) ensures a clearer picture for your audience.

Uncluttered Background/Simple Backdrop - Avoid windows in the background. If you don't have a green screen or white-board, be sure your background is simple so that your audience stays focused on you, not what's behind you

Microphone/Headset - Any type of earbuds or headset with a built-in microphone

High-Speed Wifi Connection - A hardline or Wifi connection is an obvious must. 

Just having these basic things will have you one step closer to having a successful virtual conference.
