Whether you are converting a live event or setting up a new virtual event, Angela and Richard are sharing the trends and tips on how to make your virtual event as interactive, engaging, and productive as possible.

  1. Length of Conference - most virtual events are being shortened and as interactive as possible to hold the audience's attention and fully engage in the meeting.
  2. Speaker Presentations - Most presentations are 20-30 minutes followed by live Q&A. The question and answer section, spaced throughout the entire presentation, is almost a requirement for a virtual event. Again, it's all about audience engagement. 
  3. Emcee Needs - If your overall content exceeds 2 hours, an emcee or moderator is an absolute must. They can help moderate the virtual chat and keep the conversation going. 
  4. Improving Presentations - Using high-tech multi-media equipment and presentation software, which include video, polling, and photos can make a huge difference in the overall impression of your event.
