In our new virtual studio, Angela and Richard Schelp sit down to discuss what they are seeing as events begin to take place, in the way of virtual meetings. Whether you are converting a live event or setting up a new virtual event, Angela and Richard are sharing the trends and tips on how to make your virtual event as interactive, engaging, and productive as possible.

  1. Length of Conference - most virtual events are being shortened and as interactive as possible to hold the audience's attention and fully engage in the meeting.
  2. Speaker Presentations - Most presentations are 20-30 minutes followed by live Q&A. The question and answer section, spaced throughout the entire presentation, is almost a requirement for a virtual event. Again, it's all about audience engagement. 
  3. Emcee Needs - If your overall content exceeds 2 hours, an emcee or moderator is an absolute must. They can help moderate the virtual chat and keep the conversation going. 
  4. Improving Presentations - Using high-tech multi-media equipment and presentation software, which include video, polling, and photos can make a huge difference in the overall impression of your event.
