Chris Czarnik Speaker Biography
Chris Czarnik is an author, coach, trainer, and subject matter expert on talent recruiting, engagement, and retention in today’s environment. Chris is the architect of critical theory and processes designed to transform your workforce. He has over 20 years of experience as a former military officer, human resource manager, career services manager, and job search advisor.
Chris created and refined an innovative process approach to job search and authored “The Human Search Engine®” after working with thousands of job seekers. The Human Search Engine was introduced to the 113th Congress as a national job search model. In 2016, the US Congress adopted this process as their outplacement tool for outgoing members and staff. He was named a Subject Matter Expert on career-related topics for Pearson Publishing, the largest publisher in the country.
As employment shifted, his work expanded to coaching organizations. He has analyzed hiring from every angle and knows the frustrations and joys of trying to find people that truly fit the position and organization’s culture. His book, “Winning the War for Talent” was released in July of 2018 and serves as a talent model to more than 2,500 organizations across the country to transform the process of Recruiting, Developing, and Retaining Talent. Chris also serves as a Subject Matter Expert nationwide for organizations and is a Top Preferred Speaker with Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory network.
Chris is sought out to help Win the War for Talent. An organization will benefit most from the individual training offered as a full-day, process-oriented workshop to dive deep through custom analysis and synthesis. The day engages cross-functional contributors to transform the hiring process and positively impact employee engagement and retention.
