Giving for GROWTH: How to become a SPARK and power the GOOD in your life, career, and community.
Are you looking for a greater purpose in life, struggling with how you or your organization can really make a difference? Are you seeking new ways to further your career or searching for ways to meet corporate leaders? Or, are you with a nonprofit and looking for proven ways to engage leaders, align them with your efforts, and generate support? The key to achieving success in each of these scenarios can be found in strategically giving for GROWTH. Understanding how to leverage community engagement will allow you to become a SPARK and power the GOOD in a way that benefits you, your family, your organization, and your community. Defining your purpose, understanding and leveraging all of your resources, aligning with the right organizations, creating a Community Calling Card, and ultimately serving others can both drive impact and an ROI on all levels. The best part is that it all be easy and fun, especially when you take some of the things that you are already doing and give them a higher purpose. Jeremy C. Park will inspire you and give you the tools to power the GOOD. He will help you define your purpose, then equip you with strategies and tactics that will transform you into a SPARK for your community, allowing you to stand out, build influential relationships, make an impact, achieve higher levels of success, and realize your dreams in a way that benefits others and leaves a lasting legacy.

Servant Leadership: how to power the GOOD and create a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent
"Servant leadership" and "purpose" aren't just buzzwords, they're the way forward. As stated in Forbes Magazine, “Companies without social impact culture will soon be obsolete.” Consumers today want to see companies physically making a difference in their community, and they’re making purchasing decisions based on it. High-performing employees, likewise, are choosing where they want to work based on community engagement and developmental opportunities. So, as an organization, how are you creating a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent? How are you defining your purpose, strategically mobilizing your team, and differentiating your organization to engage customers and position yourself for growth? Jeremy C. Park will help you answer these very questions. Park will give you a competitive advantage by helping you define your purpose, create a culture built on servant leadership, and transform your organization into both a catalyst for your community and an engine for GROWTH.

Power the GOOD with Cause Marketing: why purpose is becoming a pillar of marketing and how to leverage GIVING to differentiate your business, engage employees, and attract customers for GROWTH
CSR, Cause Marketing, Philanthro-Capitalism and so many other versions aren't just catchy phrases or words, they're the new norm and way forward for companies. As stated in Forbes Magazine, “Companies without social impact culture will soon be obsolete.” Consumers today want to see companies physically making a difference in their community, and they’re making purchasing decisions based on it. High performing employees, likewise, are choosing where they want to work based on community engagement and developmental opportunities. So, as an organization, how are you defining your purpose and crafting your strategy and programs that will engage customers, your employees and community in a meaningful way? How are you planting the seeds and developing relationships that can yield big returns in the future? How are you creating a culture that attracts, develops and retains top talent and servant leaders, and then mobilizes them for GOOD? Jeremy C. Park will help you answer these very questions. Park will give you a competitive advantage by helping you define your purpose, build out a cause based marketing strategy, offer program tips and community calling card suggestions, and transform your business into both a catalyst for your community and an engine for GROWTH.

Corporate Volunteerism and Activation: why it's necessary and how to create and empower a culture of GIVING to attract, develop, and retain top talent for organizational GROWTH
Top talent and high performing employees, especially those of the Millennial generation, are now choosing where they want to work based on community engagement and developmental opportunities. Their expectations are changing, demanding things like the flexibility to use company time for their volunteer service. So, is your company on the cutting edge and taking advantage of the opportunity to both become a catalyst in the community and a magnet for top talent? Jeremy C. Park will share trends and changing employee expectations, and will provide proven strategies and tactics for empowering a culture of GIVING and service at the office that will allow you to attract, develop, and retain high performing employees. You’ll find that weaving purpose and philanthropy into your normal business routine can be easy, fun, and productive; and learn how things like a Community Calling Card can become engines for organizational GROWTH.

Connecting Nonprofits to Companies: how nonprofits can better connect to corporations to increase fundraising and volunteer recruitment efforts
Nonprofits today face many challenges, including an increasing need for programs and services coupled with higher levels of competition, decreased financial support, and shrinking volunteer bases. It’s becoming harder each year to raise money and awareness for nonprofits, to draw large crowds at fundraising events, and to recruit and engage the needed volunteers to assist in the efforts. The good news is that Jeremy C. Park fully understands these dynamics and works on both sides of the equation with corporate giving and raising funds and awareness for nonprofits and community projects. Park will share how nonprofits can be creative and better leverage current resources to stack the deck with individuals and businesses, in order to engage key stakeholders and funders, recruit volunteers and ambassadors, and take advantage of social media and free opportunities to raise visibility for a cause or effort. Park’s strategies and tactics will empower nonprofits to focus on relationships to increase corporate sponsorships and fundraising efforts, to raise the number of volunteers and attendance at events, and to grow the overall audience and market potential for the future.
