Nicole Lipkin is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, consulting psychologist, and best-selling author who focuses on human behavior, leadership, and mental agility. An entrepreneur since childhood, she currently serves as the CEO of Equilibria Leadership Consulting, an organizational and leadership development firm, and founder of HeyKiddo, a company dedicated to building the leadership, social, and emotional skills of children and their grown-ups.
By sharing her dedication to combining the science of human behavior with practical approaches to business and leadership, she has helped organizations like Google, Visa, the FBI, Hearst International, Honda, Toyota, ExxonMobil, Berkshire Hathaway, and more amplify their impact and drive positive growth throughout their organizations.
As a clinical and organizational psychologist by trade, she holds a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Criminal Justice (MACJ) — and serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as, an advisor to several boards.
Her goal as a keynote speaker is simple: to bring human nature back into the workplace by showing individuals and teams how they can spark more impact and change by better understanding their own psychology.
