Dr. Anthony Klotz is a management professor and organizational psychologist who studies employee performance, work design, and the dynamics of quitting. Best known for coining “The Great Resignation,” Anthony combines cutting-edge research with practical insights to help leaders understand how employees’ relationships with work evolve, and how organizations can thrive in times of change.
