Janek Pfeifer Speaker Biography
Janek Pfeifer is a husband and father first. He is also an entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and author of Lead Yourself. He writes the More Than Before newsletter, a weekly publication on self leadership, fear, responsibility, and the internal forces that shape how people lead others. His perspective comes from building businesses, leading teams, and watching how people actually respond to responsibility, pressure, and failure in real life instead of theory.
With more than 15 years as an entrepreneur, Janek Pfeifer speaks from lived experience, not borrowed theory. His work now brings together speaking, writing, and coaching to help leaders and organizations build the responsibility, discipline, and internal clarity that shape how people actually show up under pressure.

Signature Keynote
Lead Yourself
This keynote is built around a simple premise: the way leaders lead themselves shapes the way the entire organization operates. Janek shows how personal responsibility, fear, and daily decisions influence not only leadership effectiveness, but also the culture, trust, and standards everyone else works inside.
More Than Before
A talk about breaking through personal ceilings and refusing to settle for who you have been. It challenges people to grow with intention and take responsibility for who they are becoming.
Fear Renamed
A talk about how fear hides behind names like logic, patience, and timing. Janek helps audiences recognize those disguises, call fear what it is, and stop letting it quietly shape decisions, relationships, and performance.
Tailored to You
Every audience is different. Janek works directly with your team to craft a personalized, thoroughly researched talk that meets your audience where they are and addresses the pressures they are actually facing.
