IdeaSpewing. "Just as it sounds, this tactic involves the unorganized dumping of thoughts onto a page. Don’t worry about structure, grammar, word-choice, rhythm or anything other than vomiting raw ideas onto the page. We’re talking a nonlinear geyser of incomplete thoughts, dumped in a pile without any regard for organization. You’ll figure out how to build upon and assemble them later."

The second step is to not look away.
“Your life is like a story. You’re writing it. And you don’t know how long the story is. You don’t know how many chapters you’re gonna get. So I would say go ahead and fill ’em up.” - @jockowillink https://t.co/PJyCCSXLUJ pic.twitter.com/l7eCVwkc0n

"How we will compete in the next decade? What skills will we need to survive in a decade of total disruption and rise in A.I.?
Simple…the skills that make us most human. That’s right, to succeed in the coming decades, the human workforce will need to embrace the parts of us that are exceedingly difficult to replace with Artificial Intelligence. Traits like Creativity, Intuition, Curiosity and Imagination.

Service is a SUPERPOWER. Great service serves the server first. Recognize how to be in the here and now, every time like it’s a new time. If we sell intangible feelings and experiences the product will sell itself.
2020 is the year that everyone should strive to overdeliver in all aspects of life. For me, I will overdeliver as a CEO, husband, father, brother, friend, business partner, and to all of my clients. I’m looking forward to a great year!

Move forward to get back to Day 1: This is a key leadership principle. This is all about having the startup hunger. Never lose the hunger you once had to be the best you can be. Even if you have achieved everything you wanted to keep the hunger going. This means commit to a path that you want to undertake.
The next time that voice starts to say “you can’t”- tell it to shut up and replace it with something like “I can try.” You can’t get rid of the voice overnight, but you CAN change your response to it.
